Dawn is a figurative painter based in Suffolk, UK. Working in oil, watercolour, pencil and batik, she is principally preoccupied with capturing the beauty of light and colour. Portraits are a speciality and commissions are welcomed but her subjects range widely to include

landscape, seascape, mountain subjects, architecture and still-life. Many of the paintings on this site are available for purchase.

Originating from Rhodesia/Zimbabwe, Dawn has been established as a successful artist for more than 20 years. She is now settled in Suffolk where she has held solo exhibitions since 1996. Her work is in collections worldwide.
